How we help the Armed Forces Community.
We are proud supporters of our Armed Forces Community and are proud signatories of the Ministry of Defence’s Armed Forces Covenant. We are extremely honoured to have been awarded the Gold Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Award, as recognition of our market-leading support for forces personnel within our firm, our client base, and the community.
We recognise the huge benefit that the defence community bring both to the civilian workplace and to their communities. We are committed to working with Service Personnel, Reservists, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs), veterans, military spouses/partners, and the wider defence community, to bring about positive change.
The Armed Forces Covenant
The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.
The key principles of the Armed Forces Covenant are that no member of the Armed Forces Community should face any disadvantage in the provision of public and commercial services compared to any other citizen; and that in some circumstances special treatment may be appropriate, especially for the injured or bereaved.
A full copy of our Armed Forces Covenant pledges can be found here.
