Royal Ascot Lunch Event for The BOWRA Foundation
On Thursday 20th June we hosted our annual Royal Ascot lunch event at the Lakeyard in Poole, where we combined the elegance of one of the most prestigious horse racing events with the heartwarming purpose of raising funds for The BOWRA Foundation. The event was a resounding success, and we're thrilled to share that we raised an impressive £1,228 for this fantastic charity.
For the past three years, we’ve dedicated our Royal Ascot lunch to supporting The BOWRA Foundation. Each year, the generosity and enthusiasm of our guests have made a significant impact, helping the foundation continue its invaluable work. The BOWRA Foundation is committed to improving the lives of those affected by neurological conditions, and we’re proud to contribute to their mission.
Our event this year was no exception in terms of style and excitement. Guests arrived dressed to the nines, ready to enjoy an afternoon of fine dining, exhilarating races, and charitable giving. The atmosphere was brilliant as everyone gathered to watch the races, place their bets, and, most importantly, support a worthy cause.
A highlight of the afternoon was our raffle, which featured a range of luxurious prizes that added an extra layer of excitement to the event. Among the coveted prizes were:
- Champagne
- Chewton Glen Voucher: A delightful escape to one of the UK’s finest luxury hotels.
- SBS Port
- Vouchers for the Marsham Court Hotel
- And many more
It was wonderful to see the joy on the faces of the lucky winners and to know that every ticket sold was a step towards making a difference.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended the event, purchased raffle tickets, and made donations. Your continued support and generosity are what make events like this possible and impactful.
As we reflect on another successful Royal Ascot lunch, we are already looking forward to next year. Our commitment to supporting The BOWRA Foundation remains steadfast, and we are excited to see what we can achieve together in the future.
