Gemma Pearce

My primary role is to assist the associates within the Residential Conveyancing team at the Bournemouth office. My day-to-day work will provide secretarial and administrative support to the team, whilst building a kind, strong and trusting rapport with clients. I have a varied background in administrative roles and always enjoy learning to improve and expand my knowledge. I maintain a professional approach to my work whilst also showing some personality and a positive attitude.

My route to Ellis Jones was unexpected but I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to be in this area of work. I am unsure the route I would like to take in my future career but my role within Ellis Jones has broadened my horizons in terms of what is possible and my interests. In the past I have worked within mental health, SEN Support work and hospitality.
