Within the Sports Law Department, David’s particular focus is on all disciplinary disputes for individual athletes, teams, organisations and Governing Bodies as well as his long established work on sport injury claims.

We have dealt with both Premiership and Championship footballers, advising them on a number of sporting issues including contracts, image rights and motoring offences. We have acted for a Football Mangers in connection with FA Tribunal hearings. We have also advised Professional Boxers on their fight contracts, Management arrangements and their Promotional deals.
