Our ESG commitment
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) impacts all businesses and organisations. Well considered policies are vital for managing requirements and risks, but also enable organisations to seize the opportunities that ESG presents.
Regularly updated ESG policies can shape businesses and organisations and enhance our communities with environmental and social sustainability. Such policies integrate good governance, financial requirements, and performance, whilst ensuring a focus on people and the planet.
To achieve our ESG goals, we have developed three sub-groups which we encourage our people to join:

We actively integrate, advocate, encourage and deliver on sustainable environmental practices and carbon emission reduction.
We have integrated effective recycling and ‘shut down’ policies, encourage paper-free working and ensuring lights and air conditioning are turned off at the end of the day. We are proudly committed to using local businesses to provide breakfast for our staff on our monthly Ellis Jones Day.
