Celebrating the Launch of our Dorchester Office
We'd like to thank the local businesses and contacts who came to celebrate the launch of our new office in Dorchester and to meet our experts.
Our Dorchester representatives and their guests toasted the opening of our new office along the high street in Dorchester on Wednesday 12th March. We marked the occasion with food, drinks and live music during our launch party at the Dorset Museum and Art Gallery in the center of town. This is our eighth office to be opened across Dorset, Hampshire and London as our firm continues to grow and flourish.
Our Managing Partner, Nigel Smith and Partner, Chris Pemberton along with other members of the team welcomed close to 70 clients, local business associates and contacts to the party. Nigel was born and bred in Dorchester where he attended Maud Road, St Osmund’s and Hardye’s schools. He was born in the maternity unit at the former Dorset County Hospital in Somerleigh Road, before the hospital relocated and its buildings were converted into homes and offices – including the office we now call home in Dorchester! He shared his thoughts on the launch party:
“We think Dorchester is a really vibrant place to be. It’s a great community with some fantastic businesses. We’re grateful for the very warm welcome our new office and its team have received from businesses and residents. We are incredibly excited about being part of the county town and look forward to working with the community in the times ahead.”
Chris, who is a Partner in the Wills, Trusts & Probate department, is a Dorchester resident who heads up our Dorchester office. We also have Dorchester representatives who are able to help with a range of legal services. Dorchester has given us a very warm welcome and we are excited as a firm to join the local network in this region.
