Evolve Bringing Business Leaders Together
Our Managing Partner and four of our Partners attended the Evolve Business Leaders Lunch with guests to network with other local business associates.
The bi-annual Leaders Lunch was hosted by Evolve in Bournemouth on Friday 14th March at The Marsham Court Hotel.
The event was hosted by Evolve Founder, Warren Munson and guest speaker, Ryan Bransome shared his journey of starting out as a butler for the rich and famous before founding U-Crew, a business for aviation and maritime crew. As sponsors, we were delighted for our Managing Partner, Nigel Smith to attend the event, along with Partners, Kate Brooks, William Fox Bregman, Richard Smith and Neil Cook as well as their guests to network with local contacts and learn about business practices.
Ryan Bransome spoke about his stories of working with very influential figures, detailing how this experience shaped his leadership style and helped him start his own business as an entrepreneur. A lot of the skills he uses day to day in his business he gained from managing high-pressure situations and understanding client needs during his time as a butler.
Attendees were given the opportunity to ask questions, with topics ranging from his initial decision to become a professional butler to how he secured external funding for his start-up business, U-Crew.
The Evolve Leaders Lunch is a bi-annual event aimed at providing business leaders with opportunities to connect and learn from one another whilst enjoying some delicious food. We very much look forward to sponsoring the next one!
