Ellis Jones Strikes Success Again for Legal 500
We are thrilled to announce the recent results in one of the leading legal directories, The Legal 500. We are exceptionally proud that so many of the teams and individuals have been recognised for their outstanding efforts. This year the firm has been recognised across Commercial Litigation, Family, Contentious Trusts & Probate, Wills, Trusts & Probate, Employment and Business Services for the following;
Commercial Litigation – including the Dispute Resolution, and Banking and Finance teams, claimed Tier 1 where their recent
work, such as acting for a claimant in a High Court claim against a major high street bank, was highlighted. This top tier was gained by the team showing ‘great commitment to its clients’ and producing ‘good analysis of court proceedings’ and is one of just three firms in the top tier in Dorset and South Wiltshire.
Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution, Lauren Day was awarded as a leading individual and quoted to have ‘excellent judgement’ and ‘is very bright and has great interpersonal skills’. Wills, Trusts & Probate claimed Tier 3 and were described as ‘very approachable’ alongside ‘obviously keen on what they do and keen to support clients in anyway’. Their previous work such as administering £3.4m estate of a deceased farmer was highlighted amongst other cases.
