  • Acting for the south-east division of a national retirement homes developer in a site acquisition from a major UK supermarket chain. Over a four-year period, an extended conditional contract and various agreements for ancillary works and licence arrangements being required in support of the acquisition and development
  • Acting for a UK family trust in the review, restructure and distribution of its £12m London commercial property portfolio (ongoing)
  • Advising a regional motor vehicle retailer in a full scope agreement for lease for a new-build motorcycle sales & servicing unit in Bournemouth – its first such premises
  • Acting for a private London-based developer on a first land acquisition for residential development
