Drafting Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare Lasting Power of Attorneys, including aiding in the registration process with The Office of the Public Guardian.

Administering the estate of a deceased client. This includes obtaining date of death valuations of assets, drafting a schedule of assets and liabilities, applying for grant of probate, etc.
