Legal Advice in relation to Children

It is preferable to resolve matters without the input of the Courts and parents are encouraged to explore alternative ways to resolve their differences, including Mediation and Collaborative Law.

If parents are not able to make arrangements for the children through one of these alternative methods, the Court can make one or more Orders to determine childcare arrangements. Where agreement cannot be reached or a situation requires the immediate intervention of the Court, our solicitors have a proven track record in dealing with the most urgent of cases.
