Wet Floors

If you have been injured as a result of slipping on a wet floor that was not your fault, you may be able to make a claim. This could happen in a shop, restaurant, supermarket, nightclub or bar. All organisations have a duty of care to ensure that premises or places to which the public have access are in a safe condition for the public to use.
